All fees (with the exception of term 1) are invoiced two weeks prior to each new term commencing. Enrolment with Dance Desires will only be accepted on the condition that your term fees have been paid in full, in accordance with the due date on the invoice or you have a payment plan in place with Dance Desires

Term 1 will commence 1st of February 2010. Invoices will be issued week two of term 1, once students are settled into class. Payment will be due within a two week time period in accordance with the due date located on the top of your invoice.
All fees must be paid to Principal Alanna Partridge by the date specified on the invoice in a clearly marked envelope, with the Fee Invoice signed and attached. Any fees unpaid by the third week of term will incur a $20 late fee. If you have problems paying your fees please call Miss Alanna to ask for an extension or to arrange a payment plan.

Fees Box: Fees that are brought along to class need to be placed in the Fees Box located on the top of Miss Alanna’s music cabinet to help avoid disruption to class and to ensure all payments are safely locked away.

• Cash: Please place cash in a clearly labelled sealed envelope. The envelope must be marked with the child's full name, class and exact amount contained inside.
• Cheque: Please make all cheques out to Dance Desires. Should your cheque be dishonoured, you will be charged a $40 banking fee.
• Internet Payment: Please note when making an internet payment the child's FULL NAME and NUMBER CODE (which can be located at the top of the invoice) must be entered with payment. The account details are as follows:

Dance Desires does not issue refunds for missed classes as you are holding a position in the class, however you are encouraged to participate in a make-up class. All classes missed may be made up in another class of any style, please check with Miss Alanna as to which class would be most appropriate. Classes must be made up within the term they are missed. They cannot be carried over into the next term. Consideration will be given to special circumstances.

Sibling Discount - A 5% discount is offered to each additional family member enrolled (discount applies to the lower fee).
Concert Payment - To avoid a lump sum payment at the end of the year Dance Desires divides the cost of the costume hire over term 3 and 4 fees. The cost varies depending on how many items your child performs in and the style of costume. Costs are kept to a minimum as the costumes are hired.

Pro Rata - Students commencing after a term has started will be charged pro rata for the weeks attended.
Payment Plans - Families wishing to pay their term fees in instalments need to arrange this by contacting Miss Alanna either by phone or email. 

Private lessons for Competitions
All students who participate in dance competitions will require a Private Lesson. This lesson is a one-on-one tuition which focuses on the choreography of solos for the use in dance productions and competitions. Competition Private Lessons are generally 15 minutes in length and occur either weekly or fortnightly. This fee is paid in addition to your normal term fees.

Private Lessons for Exams
In the lead up to exams some students may wish to have a private lesson to work on those finer details, helping them achieve the best possible results in their exam. Students may also use this private tuition to work on the more difficult steps, build their self confidence, and help them feel prepared for the events ahead. Examination private lessons are completely optional and are generally one-off lessons that are approximately 30 minutes in length.
