This is the highlight of the year and all students are invited to participate in our annual performance at the prestigious Besen Theatre. This state of the art theatre provides a high quality performance space and quality flooring, lights, sound and technicians to help our budding performers feel like stars. This fun filled event gives students the opportunity to demonstrate the skills and techniques they’ve learnt throughout the year. The Annual Concert always proves to be a great night of entertainment.

Concert Commitment
Students must attend 80% of classes in term 4 to be eligible to participate in the concert. This applies to all students, in all classes, and is in place to be fair to other class members and teachers. It can be extremely disruptive when students miss classes as teachers often don't have the time to go over old work again and the other students get confused with patterns and groups when children are missing. This causes distress to everyone which Dance Desires strongly wishes to avoid. If you know you won't be able to make either classes or rehearsals due to holidays or other commitments please let me know well in advance so I can plan around it. Thank-you for your understanding.
We do not participate in fundraising at this dance school. We do however ask every family to volunteer an hour or two of your time to help. There are many ways in which you can assist throughout the year. This includes preparing food for the exams, creating and painting props and scenery, hand or machine sewing, helping backstage at the concert, supervising end of term spectaculars/theatre rehearsal/photo day, laundering, bagging and hanging of costumes among many other small tasks.
