Parent Observation Classes will be held on the last week of Terms 1 and 3. Parents, relatives, and friends are welcome to observe classes during this time only. Classes are closed to viewing at all other times as it distracts both students and teachers. You are welcome to discuss your child’s progress at any other time by phoning Miss Alanna on 0438 305 440.
Term 1: 22nd March – 27th March 2010
Term 3: 13th September – 18th September 2010

Parent observation is not compulsory however if you do wish to observe your child’s class there are some rules that need to be adhered to, to ensure classes remain educational for the students and productive for all involved.
- Parents are to refrain from making comments to the students during the class.
- All mobile phones are to be switched off or on silent.
- Siblings are to be kept quiet and under control, they should not be running around the room or dancing on the stage during the class.
- Parents are there to observe not talk so please keep the noise to a minimum amongst yourselves.
- No food or drink is to be eaten during the class as this is very distracting to the children.
- If the noise levels are too loud or the above rules cannot be adhered to you may be asked to leave the room.
Parents wishing to take photos or film during the classes are permitted to do so. It is advised that you aim to take photos or film just your child. If any parent within the class expresses concern, Dance Desires will have to ask you stop immediately. Thankyou for your understanding. |
